1. Promoter

This competition is jointly promoted by Delta Roam Ltd and Della Vite Ltd ("the Promoters").

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of Delta Roam, Della Vite, Rock Oyster Festival, their affiliated companies, immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the age and eligibility of any entrant.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Tuesday 7th July 2026.

Entries must be received by 11.59pm (BST) on Wednesday 15 July 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Complete the competition entry form and submit your name and email address before the closing date.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

● Two weekend camping tickets to Rock Oyster Festival (23–26 July 2026)
● VIP Coral Club Access for two
● Two limited-edition Delta Roam x Della Vite Crossbody Bags in Sole Spritz
● A selection of Della Vite ready-to-drink Italian Spritzes

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel, transport, accommodation (other than camping included within the tickets), food, beverages (other than those stated) and any other incidental expenses are not included.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Thursday 16 July 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize.

7. General

The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary.

The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted for any reason.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the administration of this competition unless you choose to receive marketing communications.

If you opt in to receive marketing, your information will be shared with both Delta Roam and Della Vite for the purpose of sending marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from either brand at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
